Red & White Night
APRIL 9th, 2011, LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED
What is it?
Blessed Trinity Red and White Night is an adults-only celebration that raises money for the Building and Technology Fund. At our 2010 event we were able to raise more than $100,000!
The evening begins with appetizers, cocktails, entertainment and a silent auction. The silent auction is made up of fabulous items donated by area business, national chains and school families.
This is followed by an elegant seated dinner and live auction. After that, those who wish the evening to continue can take part in an added activity. In 2010 we hosted auction karaoke. What 2011 will bring is still under wraps.
When is it?
This school year it will take place on April 9th, 2011. Location to be determined.
Who can come?
All adults are invited. This is a great event and we have people who have attended for the last 18 years. Anyone in the school, church or community may come.
What do I wear?
You need not rent a tuxedo, but dress attire is requested.
How do I RSVP?
Invitations will go out in February with RSVP information. You may always contact the school office for more information.
How can I help?
We will start our planning meetings on September 14th at 8:10 AM. We would love for anyone interested to attend. We will also have sign-up sheets in the classrooms during open house. We always need volunteers, donations, ideas and prayers.
Any more questions? Please contact the event chair Wendy Fetzer Mazza at 502-2510.
